Parnish attained his Law degree from University of the South Pacific in Port Vila, Vanuatu in 2013 and subsequently completed his Professional Diploma in Legal Practice in 2014 at USP, Statham Campus.

He was admitted to the Fiji Bar in August 2014 and started his legal career at Fiji National University as a Legal Officer thereafter by end of 2014 joined private practice. Parnish joined Mitchell Keil as an Associate in 2019 where he spent close to three years working on various matters ranging from employment, civil and commercial litigation, company law, criminal matters and those as required.

In October 2021, Parnish resigned and started Kumar Legal as solo practice. The office is conveniently located opposite the Government Building at Pacific Conference of Churches Building, Conner of Gladstone Road and Thurston Street at 4 Thurston Street, Suva, Fiji.

Currently, Parnish is pursuing his Bar Admission Exam in New Zealand and seeks to pursue Aviation and Shipping Law in near future.
